I was referred to Medi-Zone by a close friend who has lost 22 pounds. I had 15 pounds to lose, but have a long time history of hypothyroidism. Not only did I lose the 15 pounds in one month, I lost 17! I have kept it off and have continued to lose weight during the holidays!
In addition to the weight loss, my blood pressure was getting high, not enough for medication, but very close--around 187/92. My blood pressure dropped the first week and is now 116/66.
I have referred two other people, with each of them having lost 25 pounds in their first month. One was an out-of-control diabetic and the diet has brought this person under control.
It is, as is every diet, a lifestyle change. This change is not that difficult to maintain at all. Worth every bit of time and effort!

I have been on the program now for 3 weeks and I have lost 10lbs. I feel great, I am never hungry. I have tried every diet and this beats all of them. Thank you Medi Zone!!!
