Wait time was excessive. Reception area less than welcoming. They yell at you from an enclosed area to the open mall rather than come to the door and call you. Unbelievable.

Young lady taking x-rays was wonderful. Attentive, polite and like the hygienist we'd seen before extremely pleasant and the reason for coming back to see the dentist proper.

Dentist was condescending and patronizing toward young adult with autism. Dr. Lindsley talked above his comprehension and was overly rough with exam. Have been here before and thought rude attitude was pressure of the day. Apparently not.

If the office is not happy with treating special needs patients on fixed income they should opt not to rather than humiliate them.

I am so sad that I came here. They put a filling in a healthy tooth to fill a gap between a crown that had a crack in it (which was cracked when it was put in at the free dental clinic here in Santa Fe) and the healthy tooth behind it. I've been in pain since they did the work yesterday and the problem was not solved. Why didn't I run out when I had the chance? I trusted that they knew what they were doing and now I am so sad that I had a healthy tooth drilled into and filled that was not necessary or beneficial:(

One of the most unprofessional dental experiences I have ever had. First time I have ever written a bad review. RUN - do not go here. The dental assistant was not truthful and the dentist did not do professional work. Office staff unresponsive to telephone messages and billing problems.

Robert Chiarito should not be practicing! He pulled my duaghter's infected tooth, sent her home with NO pain medication or antibiotics. WTF is wrong with dentist's these days, this is the 2nd dentist that has done this.
Maybe for other things, this is a good place but if you need a tooth pulled, I would recommend going somewhere else, if possible.

I don't appreciate when they bluer the comments. Because it is true about the reception area in the previous comment. Your front desk are the ones that are going to cost you business. On the other hand the Doctors are great and the helpers as well.

The dentists and hygienists were great, but the receptionists are awful. While I was in the x-ray room, I could hear them all talking about how much they had to drink/smoke the weekend before. They booked me on a holiday and although I questioned it, I was assured they would be open that day for business. I somewhat arranged my holiday around that appointment, I leave my three kids and husband and head to the mall; when arriving, I was dismayed when I found the business closed. When I asked them what happened, I was told they had no way to reach me to tell me about the cancellation; the women I spoke with were the partying receptionists from my last appointment and they made no apology nor did they pretend to care that I was put out that way. Since then, they have sent me dozens of notifications about different things, I thought they had no way to reach me. I have tried to call Albuquerque and complain, still no one ever seemed to care. They recently cancelled an appointment with my husband and I am assuming it is because I ruffled their feathers. I would not recommend this dentist office and the only reason that I wouldn't is because of their office staff.

Very good dentist and hygienist. My cap was fixed and 2 cavities filled and I didn't feel a thing. The procedure was very fast and I completely trusted him. The waiting room is open air and you are pretty much sitting in the Mall but that is OK. I actually think he was the best dentist I ever had and I have had some pretty good dentists and one really, really bad one which is why I needed the cap fixed. The hygienist was definitely the best I ever had as she was very thorough, pleasant and informative. I got 2 free toothbrushes that I think they leave in the bathroom because people like to brush before their appointment and they are just very simple brushes but I like to keep them in my pocketbook for touch ups during the day. There are magazines but I usually bring my own reading material. They gave me my tongue scraper at no charge but I had to pay for my dental work so I think they through it in. My insurance covers cleanings and x-rays and such. If they had a better waiting room I probably would give 5 stars but to some people this matters so I rated 4 1/2. Everyone is very, very friendly and helpful.
