This is the most wonderful place, never have I ever seen.. such kind, loving, caring, compassionate and brilliant group of people. This was the most difficult decision I've ever had to make. To put my sister in hospice. But deciding to put her in Cartwright was very easy...I knew when I walked in..this was the place that my sister was going to spend her last days. And her last days were the best she had in a year.. The staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable..for that I will be forever grateful to each and everyone that helped with my sisters transition!!!

Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the staff at this senior care facility use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Was this senior care facility's staff friendly?
Yes, they went above and beyond
Was it easy to find parking at this senior care facility?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did the staff at this senior care facility seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
