If you want to talk to a doctor is is very difficult to get one on the phone. I called them many times and they don't answer the phone. In one occassion, I had a pounding headache and ask to speak to the doctor. They said no one was available and a Physician Assistant will call me back. No one called. So much for taking care of your patient.
