They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave happy with their visit each and every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. From the moment I walked in the door, I realized how respected this acupuncturist was among the staff! The numerous staff members told me how great they were and it really made me feel privileged to be apart of the practice! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Yes

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Is this acupuncturist willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
