This place has some of the best customer service I've seen. They make it a priority to always put the customer first. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest acupuncture conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into their practice. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. From the moment I walked in the door, I realized how respected this acupuncturist was among the staff! The numerous staff members told me how great they were and it really made me feel privileged to be apart of the practice!

Did the needles hurt?
Not at all, they were great! I couldn't feel a thing
Does this acupuncturist welcome questions?
Absolutely! They were happy to answer all of my questions
Does this acupuncturist always put the client first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did this acupuncturist's staff seem to respect him/her?
Yes. It was obvious that they all respected one another.

They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like I'm their only client! I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all; they are always respectful and courteous!

A little, but it was bearable
