They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. She was so sweet and listened. I felt great leaving her office and felt even better la few days later.

Kim made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. She was the most welcoming person I've ever dealt with. She was so warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I went to see Kim for a session of acupuncture, to induce my labor, because I was over due. She preformed the accupuncture along with moxibustion. I went into labor the next night and delivered my son.The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Kim really cares about her patients. She sacrifices so much for our well being. She treated me for eczema and menstrual cramps. She, also treated my mother for sciatic nerve injuries. The results for both of us were remarkable. Much better than the western approaches we tried. We would definitely recommend this practitioner.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I left feeling extremely satisfied. They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like I'm their only client! I would definitely recommend them to people I know. I was more than happy with the treatments.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
