Although I was promptly given an appointment, I was charged a lot of money for an ok job that stressed me out so much that I got a knot in the back of my neck the size of a golf ball by the time I was finished. The base color of my hair was too dark. While doing my highlights, the owner just left to work on someone else without finishing one side of my face. when I asked her to finish, she said not to worry. When she blow dried my hair, it looked ridiculous because the left side of my face was missing highlights. She tried to argue with me that it looked fine but I insisted she finish the left side after pulling my hair and poking at me every 5 seconds to check if it as ready, even she had to admit that I was right and it looked uniform. Then she proceeded to cut my hair. I specifically told her " no layers" she tried 3 times to give me layers. I had to keep stopping her.

Overall, I was charged a lot of money for a finished product that I am not happy with. The highlights are sob dark you can barely notice them, the base color is darker than my natural color and the haircut is decent enough but there are some layers, which I adamantly didn't want. The whole experience was manic, stressful, insulting and I had to go to another salon to have it corrected.
