They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
