New customer. booked an appointment with Jennifer. Arrived on time to an empty reception area. Found my way down a hallway to the salon and someone asked if they could help me. I had an appointment with Jennifer. She asked me which Jennifer. Jennifer failed to tell me over the phone that I would need her last name. The girl said she wasn't here and she would call her. She reported that she would be there in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later she said Jennifer would be another 20 minutes and would I mind waiting. I said no and politely left. I have never seen anything any more unprofessional as that. Jennifer never called me or offered any explanation as to why she would book me and then leave. I would not recommend this establishment.

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clientele to be as comfortable as possible. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I never had to doubt New Image Beauty Salon's qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer! I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at New Image Beauty Salon as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. New Image Beauty Salon offers great pricing! Alisha always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to! and she always listens to what I'm looking for with my hair. After a visit with Alisha, I not only leave the salon with fabulous hair but I can do it myself at home with the great cut she gives. You know the difference when you can style at home and look like you stepped out of the salon!
