Family Haircut Store (for White folks).
Yes I am a visitor in the country and certainly not the preferred skin color but needed a haircut and chanced upon this place.
Had a terrible experience. The attendant took all of 5 mins to "cut" my hair. When I tried combing, hair were falling all over the place. This was the quality of service for which I paid $16.95.
The store manager was nice enough to take a fresh look and ended up re-cutting my hair. The staff was all polite but the service was despicable overall.
