As a birthday treat, I decided to get a cut and highlights. I had visited this location a few years earlier and was extremely happy with Angie, who unfortunately no longer works there.When I got there, the next available stylist was Ray, a bald biker dude. I was a little apprehensive, but thought, why not? While I was getting my hair done, no less than three people had come in requesting him, so I'm thinking, wow, he must be good, right? WRONG!!! I have longish hair, so the foil highlights took about three hours. I feel he did a terrible job. Right at the top of my hairline,directly where I part my hair, I have an about 1 inch wide chunk of super blond hair, but the rest of my hairline was not touched. It looks ridiculous. He said he went a little heavier around my face to lighten it up. A little??? Yeah right, more like a lot in just that one spot. While he was doing the foiling, I got splashed in the eye with the coloring. It stung slightly, like when you get shampoo in your eye. All I got was an oh, sorry, did I get you, and a wet towel. What if it caused damage, or blindness? He didn't seem to care. The cut was ok, nothing special. I guess on a positive note, it was even and got rid of dead ends. To top things off, I was hit twice with the "long hair extra charge". Once for the color and again for the cut!! What a rip off!!! Will NOT be going there again!

Elizabeth cut + styled my hair today. I had very long hair and was looking for an updated look, but not sure what I wanted. She took the time to consult with me, and then did a fantastic haircut to just below the shoulder.She stopped along the way to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing. A great experience!
