I have been to the salon twice. My first visit was for a hair cut......... when I got there they had me down as a cut and style...... this was corrected and was charged for a hair cut only. The second time I ask for a hair cut and pedicure. Was told the pedi was $37.00. O.K....
well the pedi was as good as the tech could do under the limited conditions............ The price in a two day period had increased to $40.00, they corrected the increase, which was good.......but......... this was not what I expected, a foot bath, no pedi chair to relax in, the Tech had to run back and forth to the hot water area for warm towels and water. Over all I can say is, , your salon is not set up for a pedicure, let alone a $40.00 one. I will never go back for another pedi. The hair cut was great, the reason I went back was because of Deborah...........but again was charged $40.00 for a hear cut? Deborah did wash, blow dry and style........... but I asked for an appt for a HAIR CUT ! I did not say any thing this time about what I had asked for. After all I had already said something about the price quote on the pedi. Over all J.C. P. you have failed to support good work by your Tech's, but your salon stinks, it is out dated, cold and dark. And who ever is taking appt's needs to listen and talk to your customers. I am not cheap, nor inexperienced in a what a salon or/and spa should be. I left giving my Tech a $20.00 tip which they have to ask when I pay if I want it included on my charge...... really? They have to ask ? Your system is not even up to snuff..................... With all this being said........ I don't know if I will be back or recommend the salon......... I truly hope you take the review into consideration for the sake of keeping good tech's, which can charge the price you are asking and have a customer feel they went some where special. BTW the 3 star is because of the salon conditions, not the Tech's

First and second time my hair ever colored was done there. I was nervous. They did an amazing job as they did on the 3 haircuts I've had there. (I only go every 6 months)
