Precision haircut - I have been consulting Moni at Staples Mill Plaza for almost 3 years now. I asked her to cut a short- layered bob for quite a while and I was so pleased with the precision cut. Perfect! Today I decided to go with a more relaxed style with an angled cut and longer tresses. I was so pleased again with such a precision cut. Moni is a professional with versatile, expert skills. I hope she doesn't leave because it's hard to find someone who knows your hair and style. I love my new look. KUDOS to you Miss Moni. You are so talented and sweet!

I know Maria said she had the worst haircut she ever had from Suzanne but I have to say I have been going to Suzanne for almost a year and she is amazing. She also cuts my Mom's and Grandma's hair...they are NEVER satisfied anywhere else and she cuts their hair EXACTLY right EVERY time. Maybe she was having an off day or there was a miscommunication BUT I wouldn't go anywhere or to ANYONE else. I adore Suzanne and the care she takes with my hair. She also did an amazing job with my 2 1/2 year old daughter. She was patient, efficient and did exactly what I asked.

I'm sorry but this place has gone downhill since Lisa left. It is basically a revolving door of new stylists and you never know how much experience they have. One stylist actually insulted me because my daughter is black and white and I do not know how to braid her hair! The final straw happened when Suzanne gave me the worst haircut of my life. I discussed exactly what I wanted and looked through HER styling book with her. We talked about how I have fine thinning hair and if the layers are too short my scalp shows. We picked a cut that was perfectly reasonable for my type of hair - actually she was the one who picked it. Then she just proceeded to do what she wanted. She basically gave me a mens cut and I looked like I just got out of the army. It's four weeks later and now I swear I have a mullet! Every time I look in the mirror I want to cry because i can still see my scalp. I am travelling this summer to visit my parents and I will have my previous stylist try to fix the back. No one should give this place their business anymore.

They styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I couldn't believe how many new and interesting magazines they had in their waiting area. I could have stayed in there reading all day. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.
Did the stylist spend extra time washing your hair?
Yes, she/he even massaged my scalp. It felt great!

Absolutely!

Never, they are very reliable.
