I feel so ugly and I would never recommend this place to anyone. She kept answering the phone while she was doing my hair and told me that she made it look choppy on purpose. I regret this whole experience and wish I never had step foot in that facility.

I just went in to Twister's for a fix on a totally botched haircut by my normal stylist (not a Twister's employee). Karla worked wonders! My hair looks better than ever. I've found my new go-to hair stylist.

OUCH! Just returned from a "haircut/blowout" (if that's what you call it) from Twisters. Carmen doesn't understand curly hair, she barely cut it and then told me as she went to get her "Fhi" that if I didn't like what she was about to do, something she hardly ever does, then I can go home and fix it. It's not permanent, it washes out and I'm welcome to return so she can trim it correctly. Should have RAN! She burned my scalp and her hand with the flat iron. It was like she had never used a styling appliance and the 30 minutes it took was really way too long. If all you need is an expensive trim, great, anything more AVOID like the plague.
