It was an easy appointment. They speak mostly in their native language which can make some people uncomfortable but not me. My purpose is to get my hair done not to be included in the conversations. The environment s friendly and the staff is outstanding. I go for the hair braiding service. They are excellent and offer a wholistic way of treating textured hair.

Miriame paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Her staff was rude, smile at you then speak their language giving you weird looks. She call people in to practice and pull in your hair. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I felt worse when I left had to go home take it out and buy a wig!!! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER GO BACK !
