I will not be returning to this shop. I've been here before and they did a good job. Called days ahead to schedule my appointment and was told to come in at 6am and no one showed. Open sign was on, but no one was there! Very unprofessional in that manner. My time is valuable and I hold people to their word, I should not have had to sit for 30+ minutes outside at 6 am and I have an appointment. Called another shop and the owner opened early for me...that's CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They did an excellent job on my two teenage daughter's braids. I will definitely return. They were very friendly and they finished in ample time with two braiders on each head.

They do a good job but the salon is extremely dirty...roaches were everywhere...they spoke their language the entire time...except when she asked for money...or to look up someone on my phone...which was rude...I will not be back...but the do..do a good job

Friendly staff, this is my second visit, and they are really nice, and fast. And most importantly they braid really goof. I will be visiting this salon again.

Called at 730AM on a Sunday and was told to come in. Two braiders got started on my hair (senegalese twists, medium sized) at 8:30 and worked diligently. I was walking to my car by 10:55AM. The braids were neat, and most importantly they did not pull my edges. This is the first time I have ever been able to pull my hair up immediately after getting braids. There was no pain or stress to my scalp. When I took my hair down there was absolutely no breakage. Style lasted 6 weeks (my choice, they could have stayed in longer) and I have another appointment for this week. Will be a repeat customer forever!

I was seen very quick and at my appointment time, but it lasted 4 hours longer than I was originally told. If your getting a hairstyle like micros make sure you bring something to eat and drink. They take breaks to eat and drink and you may as well also. Overall they were all really nice and did a wonderful job.
