My wife goes here all the time and she loves it. She's usually there for a long time when she goes but she says it is worth it. All I know is how good she looks when she comes home and how relaxed she is. She talks about how pampered she feels and how the ladies in the salon really know what they are doing with her hair. She says they are the best salon in Fayetteville and she won't go anywhere else!

Finding this salon has been a life changer for me. I have never had a proper consultation before. Usually when I go to salons, the hairstylist sits you in the chair and asks what you want, then gives you a cut that may or may not be what you were looking for.

This is nothing near what I experienced at Clip Joint. The first time I called the salon I spoke with Melody, who got me an appointment that week. I was surprised at that because usually when I go to a salon of this caliber, it is weeks before they can squeeze you in.

Turns out, the girls all work together as a team to make sure all clients are taken care of. It's a great system and it works. It allows you to get in for an appointment in a shorter amount of time and I am grateful for it! I do not know why more salons don't do this....

When I arrived for my first appointment, I was greeted warmly and offered my choice of beverages. FYI, they have the best coffee EVER. Way better than Starbucks or anywhere else I have ever been. I would go here for the coffee alone. Luckily, they are also the best salon in Fayetteville for coloring and cutting my hair.

After a few minutes, I sat at Melody's station and we discussed my hair color, texture, cut, care, etc. I seriously have never had someone go over so many things with me and not only listen (super important), but also be able to offer recommendations based on my wants as well as what was realistically going to work for my hair (my hair is very fine but also naturally wavy and not every cut or product works well with it).

Let me tell you, I've now been visiting the salon for over a year now and my hair just keeps getting better and better. It is healthier, feels thicker, and now that I have been taught more about how to style and take care of it, simply more beautiful than ever before.

Thank you Melody and your team for sharing your knowledge and gifted skills with hair and for making me feel so pretty!

Can I give this salon 10 stars? They literally CHANGED my life, every time I leave I can't wait to come back!!! Well worth every single penny and each time I come I feel like they offer what's best for me and my hair for my lifestyle! Thank you to Caryn and Melody how have I lived without you?!?!

Melody the owner make my daughter, age 13 cry!! It was her big night for her first dance and melody overbooked and tried to fit her in while she was coloring two other clients hair. The end result was my daughter getting a wash, a ridiculous hair cut....standing up! and left with her hair wavy and not completely dry. She took a beautfil night meant for my daughter and ruined it completely. We went home, wet her hair and dried it stairght while all of her friends had the beautful curls that Melody promised my daugher. Then, she had the audacity to charge me $70!!!!! Shame on you Melody.

One thing I noticed about the salon was how absolutely fantastic it smelled, like fresh coffee. They never have any typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. There is some waiting involved, which can be expected at an upscale, high-end salon like this. Especially when you are having more than one service completed, some waiting is typical for a cut/color/style appointment.
