I have used chiropractic care in Spokane for well over 25 years. I began seeing Dr. Haddad about two years ago and am delighted with the services, personal attention and professional demeanor.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
