Im giving JJ pediatrics 5 stars. Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. We never have to wait more than 15 mins in the waiting room .

Their bedside manner was OK, but my child doesn't care for them

My son saw Dr. Charles Roller. He is the rudest man I've ever met! He cursed in front of my 13 year old boy and insulted my parenting skills because my son wanted to go in on his own. This man is A JOKE and should not be working with anybody's child!!! He needs to learn that he is a PEDIATRIC DOCTOR... Not a sailor! Learn to watch your language and talk to people how you want to be talked to...

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Would recommend to family and friends...Others who have posted negative comments about the Doctor are just ignorant.....

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
