This place does not promote healing! They put my father in isolation when he went there fully vaccinated with a fractured femur. The purpose of his going there was to receive rehab. We had to sit outside under his window as no one was allowed inside. He had no phone in his dirty room. He was never given the opportunity to brush his teeth, wash his hands, nor given railing on his bed. He was a high fall risk patient. Also, the staff never put on gloves when they worked with him. He rang for the nurse two nights in row for help toileting. No one came. He had to defecate on himself and had to lay in it until the next morning. This caused him humiliation and a nasty rash .. I went and expressed my anger to the director. She said she runs the place as if her own parents were residents there. This is unacceptable! We got dad out as quick as we could. He is now at UF Health and Rehab hospitals. It is amazing! Windsor should be shut down.

My mother died April 5,2018 and we have been getting the run around from the starke business office about her refund which was promised 4-6 wks. They wanted our money up front but they have no consideration about returning what is owed.

Otherwise rest of staff was very nice and helpful.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
