Because of covid-19 we cannot visit and depend on phone communication, which is not good most times. Brother had two stokes and is paralyzed on one side and cannot answer phone. I go though nurses station and they hand him the phone. No communication on how he is doing or even if he realizes if he has the phone. Very frustrating.

The nurses and staff here are very kind. it's like home away from home. Even tho some facilities have all the bells and whistles but the employes bed side manner sucks.
