One particular staff we have noticed on several occasions doesn't appear to be clean her hair is very oily and she smells. Also we know for a fact she has been arrested for theft outside if the nursing home and a couple times my mother in law has caught her going through residents things when do fronted she had some excuse and quickly excused herself my mother in law did not want to cause any trouble so she did not turn her in but she has brought it to the grandchildrens attention. On several other occasions out in public at ball games we have overheard her talking about residents and making fun of them this is totally uncalled for then a couple weeks ago the school reported her daughter had head lice again this has been can on going thingvforcthe last 2-3 years when confronted she became very angery. This employees name is Miranda James and because of close family small community and mutual friends wevhated to report her but at same time it is very unfair to the residents and their famies

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

Never, they are very reliable.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
