My Mother went in on a Monday afternoon. When she got to her room at first she said it was nice. That evening she was calling saying she was cold and had asked the nurse for another blanket. I call and ask the nurse to bring a blanket but the nurse never brought the blanket to her. Tuesday she was so cold she had to wear her coat and sleep in her coat. There was no hot water or nor any towels. Thursday morning about 6 a.m. my mother was calling saying she wanted to go home that she couldn't take being there any longer, and would we please come and get her NOW! While she was there she saw a woman that was sitting in a wheelchair fall out the seat it was almost a hour before anyone knew that this was on the floor. She ended up going to the hospital. The lady daughter was in the office when this was going on. Myself I wouldn't put my worse enemy in a place like this let alone a dog. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONE IN THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I was hesitant to go to a nursing home being younger than the general population, but after the administrator visited me at the hospital I knew from that moment the level of interest for my well being and goals were the centers most important factors in getting me back home. The staff were superb, rehab awesome, nurses great, satellite had some tweaks with remote, administrator always trying to make me feel at home and make the stay comfortable, DON friendly. So many positives to say and they did exactly what they set as a goal to get me back home and to my prior level of functioning. Awewome team and I would HIGHLY considered this place for short term rehab.
