No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

I would wish this place on my worst enemy. My mother is a patient there now. We are desperately trying to move her. They are not feeding her at all at times because she is on a restricted diet. I can personally guarantee this as my daughter spent an entire day and evening with her, and she did not receive a supper try. In fact, before we went down there, she had not eaten in three days. The kitchen staff say that they are providing her meals, but she is not getting them. She has bed sores, which they are not attending to. She is VERY hot natured, but when we called her today she had every bit of clothing she had on, including her warm housecoat, and the blankets they provide--and she was freezing to death. Sounds like they turned the heat off or way down to save a few bucks.
