I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.

I was a resident at Waterview and I missed treated to the point that I had to leave. They made my medical condition worse were I also ended back in the hospital. Again. The staff was horrible, except for the phycal therapists. If you have loved ones please do not send them there, it was a nightmare.

The staff is skillfully trained in lying and deception. There is a callous disregard for the human beings who are unwittingly put in their "care". No one would ever choose this place to spend his "golden years."

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

No, there was no annoying music

No, I wasn't impressed

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Not really, but I found a spot

Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
