They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. This facility is very old and has 4 residents to 1 toilet. This always leads to a disaster, if you know what I mean. The head nurses desk is a mess and she listens to you , but never does a thing that you ask. The main reason I am right this, is because when the state is there they act one way and then as soon as they walk out the door they act another. This truly pisses me off. I would pull the person that I love that is there but I am not the POA so I deal with them everyday.
