the rooms are nasty and you have to tell the staff to have the pt. bathroom clean. The place smell like urine and feces. the staff are lazy and not team player. they need to be able to multi task and caring to be in the medical field.

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile just to get help to go to the bathroom. I was uncomfortable that I very often didn't get questions answered because the nurses seemed "put out" and it was rare to see a physician during my stay. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the rooms were much too small for two people to share. I had to listen to my room mate defecate on her commode in what seemed like a 10x10 room. Then there was the poor soul shouting out at all hours of the night. Alzheimers or something but it kept the rest of us up and one night my roommate and I were in tears over it for her. It shouldn't be like that for her or for us. I would not return.

The overnight nurses didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost my needs. One even told me that she would not give me water because she didn't want to have to deal with me needing to use the bathroom in the night. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I clocked how long it took for someone to answer the bell when I rang it - 12 minutes.
