My husband has been rehabbing at Vernon Manor for nearly 2 months now after breaking a T6 vertebrate in his back. He couldn't have had better care. His caregivers have been so cognicent of all of his various restrictions. The PT department has been wonderful. The social worker helpful and considerate. Special accommodations were made so he could watch TV.

A special benefit is having the facility visited by Drs. every week something that was not true of another nursing home a relative was in.

No, they were very calm and understanding

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
