The facility has some very nice staff, and outwardly appears kept and maintained. The smell of urine was gone. The interior rooms show signs of extreme wear, and lack of maintenance. I saw residents sleeping on pallets without beds in rooms. The rooms are small, and 2 people are crammed into about 160 sq feet. My mother says she likes the food.

There was no one at the receptionist desk to greet visitors. There appears to be no activities for the residents except eating & sleeping. The staff I encountered was not very friendly or professional acting. This appear to be a place to go if you have no where else to go.
