This facility almost killed me. I lay unattended screaming for help while my calls were ignored time after time for HOURS! The physician did not return emergency calls from the nurses at least 4 times. He only returned the call after an ambulance and police showed to transport me to the hospital after my family and friends intervention.

I have had an ongoing problem with this facility for almost a year now. I have been trying to straighten out billing with them. It's not a matter of me not wanting to pay my mother-in-laws bill, it's the fact that I have written to them three times and provided back up paperwork and all the details I could find. I have called them also,and NO ONE calls me back. I give up. I would highly NOT recommend this place to anyone.

If I could pick less than a 1 star review I would.

Not one bit

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

I would never recommended this facility. Nursing staff did not seem eager to help when requested to do so. Acted as though it was a bother. Many of the aides of which there were not enough, had poor attitudes and also acted as though helping my dad was a bother. I called for someone to help me because my father was hanging off the bed. A nurse told me to get an aide...I waited 10 minutes for someone to come. My dad was a fall risk. I found him sitting in his wheel chair unsupervised...no one around, at all. We repeatedly told staff that dad was filling with fluid...legs were so swollen. They were not vigilant in insuring that his limbs stay elevated. We actually had to call doctor to increase his diuretic. He was eventually rushed to hospital in congestive heart failure. I will say that our initial introduction with the director was positive. Unfortunately, this did not continue. Our experience with physical therapy was positive. Again, if you have other facility options, please choose one of them.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Not the worst, but certainly not the best
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, they were out of everything!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes, I was in agony!

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

No, they didn't wear any cologne
