The building does need some upgrades, but is decent. The problem is the staff, mayority of them can not answer any question about the routine of a patient. My grandma was there, and after a month, we were desperate to get her out of there.
She was constantly missing clothes, I guess mixup with somebody else. When I was there visiting, I'll take her to her room because the main room usually smells, and they will forget to bring her dinner to her room, they didn't even come to check if she was there, I had to go and ask for her meal a few times, and this happened more than 3 times. Staff at night were very loud, having arguments among them, in the main room with all the elders there, they actually looked concerned, some scared. Even after we made some complains to the supervisors, and main office, nothing changed. If they become more organized, and find staff that like to their job it could be a better place and provide a better service.

My grandmother is there for rehab and the staff lied to me when I asked about her going to rehab, they told me a time that she went and it was a lie because I was right there with her. I have asked several times for them to help her to the bathroom and they said they will get there in a few and took for me to have to ask several times. I heard one of the CNA's say that since I am here I can take my grandmother. No I can't and that's their job to assist and do it. Then they told my grandmother to go in her diaper instead of going to the bathroom. I'm not pleased at all with the staff nor the service that they have been given her. Also, I have found dust behind the bed and that's a no no. I also have given my grandma water for her to drink at night and when I come back the next day the water is still there. I asked why no one have seen that she drink any water, they said they have been given to her and they haven't because I mark where I left the water after me given her some before I left. Also, my grandma has fallen out of the bed and no one could give me an answer on how it happened. Again, I am really not pleased with the service.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
