Had a relative at this facility and the treatment the staff gives to their residents is wonderful. They respect the residents and their choices and that's something that I was looking for. Place is very clean. Administration is very hands on and works quickly to resolve any issues.

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Absolutely Not!

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
No, I had to leave I was so distressed
