I really want ZERO STARS!!! My mom was there for thank god less than a week where her health did not improve but declined so drastically she is not back in the hospital. She is there recovering from radiation and wasn’t eating or drinking and lost her strength. They put a tray in front of her, don’t help her eat or even see if she eats or drinks. She is now severely dehydrated and in way worse condition than before. She has to wait 45 min sometimes for someone to help her use the bathroom and gets yelled at for trying to go on her own. The people are nasty. And to add insult to injury they lost her teeth. This place is the worst ever. Please do not send your loved ones here!!!!!!!!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I SPENT 1YR. REHABING FROM A ACIDENT, I COULDN'T WALK WHEN I GOT THERE,BUT NOW I AM ALMOST BACK TO NORMALL
