Hello, my name is Vivian. I live at split rock nursing home. in my opinion, this nursing home is a wonderful place to be because your family and you are treated professionally with wonderful staff. Each department has its expertise who meet your needs. My favorite department is the recreation department. I get to create beautiful and wonderful works of art. Although all the other departments are fantastic this one stands above them all.
I came here because my weight was very high and needed bariatric surgery They worked with me and put me on proper diet to become healthy. Also, the psychiatric department showed me tools how I can be able to work through my anxieties.
Overall My experience has been excellent. I Highly recommend this facility to many others. Because I feel it's the best and your family will be well taken care of.

The nurses treat me well. They take care of me, they make me laugh and make me feel comfortable. The recreational staff is also very helpful and they keep us residents entertained with fun programs and fun parties.

My Gramps was a patient here for about 6 months. He can’t stop raving about the incredible staff at Split Rock Rehab. Everybody was so kind and respectful. The therapy was tremendous for his health. To the rockstar team at Split Rock, I thank you very very much !!!

I have been working almost 6 months with Split Rock Rehabilitation and Health Care Center as a remote USRN. The facility taught me well with work ethics and the structural work itself. Together with the amazing mentors and colleagues I have, they made the whole environment a opportunity for career growth, great experience in a different area of nursing health and a suitable working place that would sustain for a long period of time. Nothing beats our teamwork here, Hence; hand in hand, we achieve the facility's goal as a team, that is also directed to success.

I am currently a resident at Split Rock Rehab. I would like to commend the nursing staff who assist me daily and the recreation department who keeps everyone active through activities. Split Rock is a good facility. The staff is caring and attentive to all our needs.

Best Facility in the Bronx. Great place for rehab and nursing care. I keep myself busy in all the activities. The recreation department is friendly and keeps all the residents busy with a variety of activities like music, parties, socials, art programs, etc

I've lived at Split Rock & Health Care Center for the past 7 years and have met so many wonderful staff members. I especially want to thank Christina, the recreation director and her staff: Angelique, Roanna, Rosa, Ana, and Christine for the excellent and diversified activity programs which meets the interests and needs of all of us. I would truly give Split Rock a rating of 5-stars.
