As they say in monopoly, do not stop, do not pass go, do not collect $200. If you are unfortunate enough to select this facility you might as well go directly to jail. The showers are cold, the place is dirty, staff wear mask (indicating some type if outbreak) the food is inedible, and the nurse assigned to my Mom Eric is rude and unprofessional (my mom overheard him cursing at staff). When we tried to escape (transfer to another facility) the Admission Coordinator, Joann did everything in her power to prolong our stay. Thank god I had an advocate to navigate this hell hole. Obtain a get out of jail free card, pay the fine (ambulance transportation fee) and RUN As Fast As Possible.

This facility should be closed. The place is so rundown, the airconditioning units in the rooms have to be from the 70s. They obviously spent what little money they had on the Lobby because its the only room that looks halfway decent. They do not care for anyone there in my opinion. my mother was there for 6 weeks and i should have pulled her out of there sooner. her health deteriorated so quickly there, nobody seemed to notice, and she wound up back in the hospital. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and their omnibudsperson. The staff is miserable, especially the nursing supervisor named Janet. She is by far, the most miserable person I have ever had the chance to meet. They dont even look at you when your speaking to them. This is only a glimpse as to how they must treat people who cant care for themselves.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
