The staff here is well intentioned but overwhelmed. This facility is a nightmare. The stench is awful and patients roam about confused. The physical building looks like a haunted house and the whole placeinside looks like a basement painted with leftover paint. Reliant should be ashamed of themselves for this awful place and they should build a new facility. It is the most depressing nursing home ever.

My husband was dying of cancer and I needed a place to care for him.
The staff at Silver Oaks did everything they could for him, they were nice and kind and caring. The staff did so much to make things comfortable for him. I would recommend Silver Oaks for anyone looking for a place that cares about their patients.
