It could not be any worse that this place. My father was there 6 months. He dehydrated weekly, he sat in urine daily and they over work their staff and are always short handed. I moved my father to another nursing home and he has been there 0 weeks. He has yet to dehydrate once, never smells of urine and is clean and in far better health.

At Sara Nemann he was often ill and I was told by a hospital when eh was taken there to be re-hydrated that he had all the signs of someone who is NOT being taken care of. They lie, they cheat and they get $425.00 a day for a bed.... that is $155,000 a year and they cannot even keep him hydrated.

RUN AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

My mother was at Sarah Newman for about the last 5 weeks, The truth is that the nursing aide staff was absolutely terrible, it was a constant battle with them to provide basic care for my mom she was forced to sit in dirty diapers because the staff was always to busy chatting with each other or playing with their cell phones and when approached by myself and other family members asking for help they all seemed to have an excuses for not being able to do their jobs Take it from me either myself or my brother or my cousins were at this facility everyday and at various and staggered times and it was always the same story with the staff My mother passed away at Sarah Newman and myself and my family were treated just as they treated her which was terrible. When the staff came to her room to take her body to the holding area for the funeral home they came in to the room laughing, joking and carrying on like it was a big party and seemed to be shocked when I asked if they thought their behavior was appropriate. The whole time she was there we were trying to find another facility for care but unfortunately she passed away. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FANILY

lovely to look at.....however, I notice that they are short staffed & when I went to look for an assistant or nurse, it was alarming that none could be found..I saw one assistant sitting in the lounge...thought it might be her break, but it was over 20 min. when I left & she was still there. When I tried to get a bed pad, they told me there were not any left. When I asked for my loved ones salve, they told me that I had to wait 2 days due to pharmacy is closed on weekends. Wounds need constant attention, & I felt overwhelmed that nobody could help. Therapy was supposed to be twice a day...Was told that due to meetings there would be no afternoon therapy...THIS IS THE MAIN REASON PATIENT IS THERE!!! NOT TO LAY IN BED....

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my loved ones well being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was able to relax very easily. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

The entire staff was very reliable and compassionate. they took the time to greet us and always checked if we needed anything. If they were checking on us, you can imagine how they were with our loved one who was there. Our loved one ended up passing away, and their care at the end was UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING. My loved one was in another center before going to Sarah Neuman, and they were horrible. Sarah neuman blew them out of the water. I will forever be grateful to the staff at Sarah Neuman.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. . It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment.
