I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.
