Mr. Ken Keller, administrator since 2016, failed to address problems surrounding visitation rights ruled on by the Ombudsman. He allowed his employees to create an atmosphere of hostility while I was visiting my terminal father. He failed to act on behalf of the resident he was in oversight of caring for, even when it was obvious that my father's DPOA had mental and medical problems which resulted in emotional abuse.

WORST PLACE EVER They don't deserve a star there were only two nurses there that had bad bedside manners wond care nurse is one of the great nurses that always did her job and the c n a's were great loved them as well as the nurses that didn't have bad bedside manners. Anyways that place is the worse place to go I wouldn't with that place on your family I wouldn't even send your dog there for help and so on place is dirty drains in sinks are dirty place infested with bugs like spiders ect that place is discusting, therapys really helpful but depends on who you get only few therapists have bad bedside manners also ive seen quite a bit of neglecting residents.

The staff wasn't all bad there there were two nurses that had really really7 bad bedside manners but other then that the rest of the nurses were great and some of the c n a there only 3 were not all that friendly other than that I have a great wonderful time there at rolling hills 98% of the staff there were great helpful and friendly even the cleaning crew and maint and the staff in the front office were great, friendly and helpful I know I would come back spite the smells there but that's gunna be in every nursing facility P.S a fun group that likes to joke around with others that like to joke but is more profetional about there job there isn't nothing the team at rolling hills wouldn't do for you.

My mom was there for 2 months, January and February. Her bills were all paid when they were sent. They sent a bill for $1964.94 in March which was paid. Then in April they sent a bill covering the same period of time, only this one was for 1975.53. As I looked at this, the only difference was $10.59 for medication. I'm sure if I had not noticed this and sent them the full amount they would have gladly cashed the check. Mom has been in a different nursing home since the first part of March and they are still sending bills in June. Mom thought the care was "ok" and the food was good but whatever you do watch the billing amounts and time periods. They are dealing with a generation of people who paid their bills and I'm sure if they would have sent this bill to mom instead of me, she would have paid the $1975.53 instead of $10.59. Seems odd to me that one of the reasons mom had to go to Rolling Hills was for rehab which was supposedly covered by Medicare yet they are still sending bills for "gait training" even when she is no long a patient. Watch your statements closely.

My mother was there two years ago. Some of their staff was ridiculously snobby and rude. I was very annoyed with the way things were handled. My mother wasn't eating much but had diarrhea for two days and they said that they'll wait for her to have this problem for three days before they call a doctor!!!! My mother was 89 years old then. The third day her blood pressure dropped drastically. She almost died!! I watched her slouch over in a chair. unable to move on her own. Hooked her up to an IV and had to send her back to the hospital for being dehydrated. She was originally in there to recover from 2 heart attacks in three days. Needless to say she recovered nicely and was never sent back to this nursing home again. She is now 91 and is able to stay at home alone and takes better care of herself than they did. She lives with my sister and she was able to recover at a much better nursing home. I wouldn't send anyone there unless you want them to die soon!!!
