Were not informed as to all the medications family member was prescribed. Did not go over medications when discharged. Were told by pharmacy that we should instruct management of this. We were given a walker we tried to decline because we had three at home. We have since had to pay a portion of that charge. More interested in prescribing medication than taking care of the patient. An antibiotic we really needed
could not get a call back on. Very disappointed.

The operation provided Fantastic Customer Services & Skills. They was very friendly. Each person appears to be honest in responding to answers as they spend additional time to created a nice environment .
The rom was very Clean as I was impress.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

The facility reeks of urine in certain corridors. The food preparation is atrocious. The rehabilitation staff are NOT providing adequate hygiene care to the senior patients. Members of the cleaning staff are STEALING money and personal items from the senior patients' rooms while they are sleeping or away. These SERIOUS ISSUES need to be IMMEDIATELY addressed by the State Attorney's Office and Health Department. There is NO EXCUSE for this to happen. The Village Green Director and Senior Staff should be held accountable for these DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS and activities!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They treat there staff like dirt, you can hear them yelling down the halls. The whole place is filthy, roaches can be seen running into the corners and people are sitting outside there rooms smelling of urine, I will never visit this place again! I feel so sorry for the people that have to work and live there.............
