No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

whoever commented the parking is great is totally wrong. Small parking area. could not find parking the two times I visited, totally frustrating. and who is the guy who works there who is always hanging out front smoking and on his cell.....very unprofessional. He gives me the creeps! Girl at front desk was not super friendly,,,as in I felt like I was bothering her by coming in and asking a question. Best thing going for this place is that they are not Lifecare

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was lots of available parking. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for a parking space. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was the cleanest nursing home I've ever visited.
