Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I have been at this nursing home 3 diff times for rehab. They treated me with the utemost respect and did a wonderful job with my rehab. the staff all was very nice to me nurses and aids know there jobs. the people in rehab are very well trained and i would highly recommend it to everyone
