They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my father. I could tell my father isn't their primary concern. My brother has now moved to Crivitz to ensure our dad gets the treatment and care he should have. I am SO disappointed, especially with his case manager
