3/16/2020 Review All the patients are on lockdown Patients tell people over the phone This place feels like Prison. No visitors can come into the building. The residents feel panic and fear. There are a number of patients that feel they will die in this facility. The Ombudsman's Office had multiple reports to their office in one week from the patients who are current residents there. There is something going on at this facility. One patient who asked the nurse for insuiln- was refused insuiln. Because they missed there time slot. Who thinks like this? If a Diabetic needs Insulin. You give it to them. I would not recommend sending anyone to this place. .

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Nurses need additional training. Some aides are rough with patients. Facility is very short staffed. Residents are permitted to smoke on premises and cigarette fumes come in patients windows. This facility obviously operates on a shoestring, cutting as many corners as possible. Mattresses are hard and thin. I would definite not recommend this facility to anyone.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
