I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

One particular nurses aide Sylvia Gonzalez was the rudest nurse I have ever encountered. She had an attitude like most nurses aide do but she was rude to me when I had a question. We are in the process of removing our mother from this facility and moving her to another one.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

The place is filled with unprofessional staff. The food is horrible and most of the time you can't find a nurse unless they are on their cell phone playing games.
