I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are way understaffed, unfriendly, lack of communication,& their rooms need to be updated along with equipment. Not a pleasant atmosphere at all, & they are not caring with the residents.

Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.
