My father attended this facility for a short rehab stay. The staff was ok, sloppy at times with technique. On more than one occasion, they spilled ensure all over my Dad's shoes while trying to feed through the feeding tube. Oh, and they lost his dentures and then wouldn't respond back to me after several inquiries. It was clear the administrator was avoiding me after I filed a complaint. And when Dad was d/c from the facility, I still had not heard a peep from them although I followed up with a call on several occasions. So, unfortunately I had to take them to small claims court. The staff is so-so, no real complaints about them, but administration is rude and inconsiderate.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not one bit

No, I left confused and frustrated

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment?
They asked a few questions to get to know me better, but they drew their conclusion too quickly if you ask me.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

They cancel on me all the time.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

We were not called to tell us that our family member was dying. Letters were not answered and telephone calls to the director about our distress at not being present when he died were not returned. Phone call to social services was not returned. Wanted an explanation about why we were not notified that death was imminent. We were all nearby and could have been there in minutes.

Manorcare Health Services was a wonderful experience on EVERY front!
Every aspect of the care received was EXCEPTIONAL.

**FANTASTIC staff! Professional, well-trained, friendly, helpful and responsive. Everything from the insurance paper work to the physical therapy to the food service was handled with excellence.
**Beautiful, well-appointed, clean, light & bright, comfortable facility.

Our family is so appreciative of the care our Mom received at Manorcare Health Services. We could not have asked for a better experience. Since she had a 5 week stay, it was important for her to feel safe, happy and comfortable, which she was every single day of that 5 weeks!

Phenomenal service!!
