I came here for rehab therapy after my knee surgery based on recommendations from my doctor and friends. My family found the building, but only because they had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. The nursing staff wasn't overly rude, but they weren't very polite either. They seemed to be lacking in the nursing staff. The CNA staff worked hard with what they had. Therefore, I felt somewhat ignored and wasn't that overly impressed. The admissions director, business office staff, and social worker were so great that they were able to answer my questions. It made me even more confident in their abilities. I thoroughly enjoyed my rehab and the rehab staff. They were very on top of my care and often knew more about my health concerns than the nurses. Surprisingly, The food was great! If I need therapy again, I would come back. I hope they get more staff for those patients that live there.

Yesterday I found My Mom had been left to sleep in her own urine all night. Her room stank and was filthy with dirty used diapers on the floor. Only when I arrived at 10:30 am did anyone begin to clean my Mom up and get her a shower. My Mom has rashes all over her body due to lack of hyigene and no one cares. This place is dangerous for your loved ones. Beware. Management is ineffective and does not care. Should be replaced. I will call Medicaid and Tennessee Department of Health and Social Services to report and ask for assistance.

This place is very understaffed- always - especially on the weekends. The staff constantly complains and the patients suffer. The nursing home is mismanaged.Complacent in their care for patients who regularly go to hospital with infections/ and skin issues caused by lack of cleanliness. They only wait until problems arise and tend to blame the patient! Check out there resent healthcare scores from state- not good.

The facility looked beautiful and was decorated well But the positive experience ends at the door. My father arrived at their place wearing underwear and able to walk to the bathroom...he came home wearing diapers and unable to walk. That is NOT an improvement! He was ONLY DISCHARGED BECAUSE THE MEDICARE MONEY RAN OUT! I would NEVER, EVER recommend this faciltiy to anyone.
