Nursing staff are great! They spend quality time with patients provided they are adequately staffed. Otherwise, you have to wait a while to be assisted.

Lexington of Scahumburg the BEST!!!! My sucess could not have been complete without the Wonderful caring Staff :) The Cleaning crew that makes the center smell fresh and clean. The Kitchen Staff who works hard to give the center their Three meals a day. The Nursing Staff are the Fantastic!! what can i say but they are BEST! The Therapy Personnel are the BEST tranied in their field to give the patient the traning and the encouragement to get back on thier "FEET" to go back to living a normal life again. The Social workers are there to help you with the little problems before going on with the next phase of your "Journey in life".

Not only were they able to provide the care I required after surgery, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations, especially with physical and occupational therapy. The therapists are wonderful!! Everyone was considerate and concerned for my well-being. The meals were very good. The surroundings were welcoming - wonderful sitting outside on their patio. A variety of activities are offered for social interaction. Great place for rehab!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

They barely gave me any information at all. We did our own research to get our questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. None of our questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and things get worse when Mark left. The office was easy enough to find, but it didn't mean anything to us. I'll definitely not going back to this place ever and will not be recommended to anyone (very embarasshing). Staff are so rude and. very unrespecfully. Overall, this place cannot be trusted.No wonder why their rating is very low. Not a surprise!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I was there for physical rehab and was singularly impressed with their weightless treadmill which was extraordinary.
